UK Govt Calls 2 Twitter Accounts -Russian Bots-; Turns Out They Are Humans.
When it is revealed that both those accounts are human, PartisanGirl aka Syrian Girl is Mimi al Laham a SUNNI Syrian who lives in Australia, and Ian56 is a purebred Englishman living in the UK, Sky News interviews Ian56 and attempts to paint him as traitor to the UK for questioning UK policy on Syria and the media that shamelessly puppet that narrative. When that fails they repeatedly cut him off as he attempts to shed some light on the so called "chemical attack" and then attempt to discredit him for tweeting in support of Ron Paul. Nowhere do they concede the point that he is neither "Russian", nor a "bot".
Furthermore, it seems that neither the UK Govt nor Sky News nor the Guardian know what a "bot" really is - a software program!
"Bot" - an autonomous program on a network (especially the Internet) that can interact with computer systems or users, especially one designed to respond or behave like a player in an adventure game.

Interesting twist - almost 7 years ago, before the term "russian bot" was common usage, the same Guardian revealed that the US MIlitary has set up "sock-puppet" software......to combat "extremists"......LOL.
