After kicking out the 3 US aircraft carriers from South China Sea last week, the Chinese armada of 50 warships Chinese naval forces have passed through waters south of Taiwan to carried out military exercises in the western Pacific. In effect, the Chinese navy has extended its reach to Guam. The US aircraft carriers have scattered to prevent been encircled with one group running to Philippine, another to Japan and the last one to Hawaii. Incidentally, 3 Australian warships tried to join up with the American battle group but was intercepted near Indonesia by Chinese coast guard ships and forced to turn around. Chinese military said this exercise is to enforce Freedom of Navigation in South China Sea and no outside forces should be allowed to block the trade route.
