So I was followed at Wal-Mart by this person these people like to facilitate coincidences while shopping and place themselves directly where you shop and when you checkout I was doing a panoramic recording when this person turned their head twice and interacted with my remote neural monitoring for each head movement. This was only to cease recording, because the people who impose these community based organized stalking efforts don't want exposure, even at the lowest level. This is a public place and I am allowed to record by law, especially when I'm being followed, by hired random community members.
