Travis Reinking Arrested and Declares Himself 'Sovereign Citizen', Follows Extreme Right Wing Idiocy

They finally caught the feral gunbilly today. Surprised that he once called himself a sovereign citizen? Not here. Waffle House shooter Travis Reinking, during his prior arrest when trespassing White House grounds last year, stated "he was a sovereign citizen and has a right to inspect the grounds," according a police report obtained by the Washington Post. Right wing extremists typically use the 'sovereign citizen' excuse to execute various crimes.

Although Reinking's guns and Illinois gun license were confiscated after the event, reports state that his father, Jeff Reinking, stored the 'confiscated' guns that were eventually given back to him and used in the Waffle House shooting. Travis Reinking, who is white, staked out a Waffle House and went on to kill three African-Americans and an Hispanic man and wounded several other African-Americans. Perhaps his family has some sort of gunbilly or other right-wing disease that calls their own shots outside the law. Sick. Now that he's captured, it's time to look into the actions of his father who may have illegally given the guns back to his mentally ill and racist son.
