People line up to see royal baby notice outside Buckingham Palace

"Following the announcement of the birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton's third baby on Monday, a framed notice of the birth has gone on display on a ceremonial easel outside of Buckingham Palace," People reported.

In the , a framed royal baby notice can be seen placed on golden easel inside the gates of Buckingham Palace on April 23.

Outside of the gates, people can be seen lining up to take photos of the notice.
