Cartel Member Known As "The Lamb" Executed Outside Butcher Shop in Mexico

C'esar Ni~no Garc'ia, alias "The Lamb" executed by assassins while with his wife.
It happened outside the San Juan butcher shop, located at kilometer 265 of the National Highway in the municipality of Monterrey.

He was linked to the Beltr'an Leyva cartel.
