Russian Flag Raised Over Homs-Hama Highway

"Rebels" in the Northern Homs Pocket towns of Rastan and Talbiseh (which sit on the Homs-Hama Highway) have surrendered to the SAA and the Russian Reconciliation Center and begun handing in their heavy weapons for eventual transportation to Turkish occupied Syrian territory in the north.

Other factions, especially those in the Houla region, led by Hayat Tahrir al Sham (Nusra), in the western part of the pocket have refused to surrender and will face the full wrath of the Tiger Forces and the Russian Aerospace forces in the coming days.
