US man is arrested after he dressed as a woman and sexually assaulted a 14 y/o boy

A man is behind bars after he allegedly dressed as a woman to try and seduce a 14-year-old boy, and then sexually assaulted him when the teen attempted to run away.

Javoris Quentin Phillips, 36, has been charged with kidnapping and lewd and lascivious battery of a victim younger than 15

he teen told police that both men propositioned him while wearing wigs, women's clothes, and make-up as he was walking to a friend's house at 7am on August 6, 2017.

He immediately realized the pair were men after hearing their voices. The teen tried to run away, but the two men were faster.

he men hit him on the head, tied the teen's wrists together, and dragged him behind an abandoned house, according to the Sun Sentinel.

They allegedly threatened to kill him if he screamed. One of the men held a gun to the teen's head and told him to 'shut up'.
