This cop tried to arrest the drug dealer and confiscate his bag of drugs. However his friend stepped in and beat up the lard ass cop so that the dealer could run away. The friend then surrendered himself to the cop and was later charged with assault and let off with a warning. The cops glasses were broken in the scuffle and he was provided with a new pair at the taxpayers expense.
