Wildlife troopers in Petersburg are investigating a short video that seems to show a vehicle running down deer on a road. Alaska State Troopers spokeswoman Megan Peters confirmed that the incident was under investigation on Monday. The 5-second video is shot from inside a vehicle, which appears to strike deer walking on the side of the road, followed by a burst of laughter from people in the vehicle.
