Congress passed a $1.3 trillion omnibus that will fund the government through September and provide the biggest federal spending increase in years. The bill is loaded with provisions for Democrats including an increase in visas for immigrant workers and massive increases for planned parenthood. The bill also includes specific details that prohibit the building of a border wall. LOL

@ 1:00 Maine State Police are issuing a warning to drivers after a close call involving one of its troopers. Dashcam video shot late last year, but released this week, shows a box truck sideswipe a trooper's cruiser seconds after he got back in his vehicle. Had the crash happened seconds earlier, the trooper likely would have been killed. Authorities in Northwest Indiana have released surveillance that shows an inmate escaping from the Porter County jail. Monday morning, police were transporting Michael Maldonado. Moments after they pulled into the jail's garage, Maldonado jumped out of the vehicle and fled. He was handcuffed and barefoot at the time. Maldonado is described as 5'10, about 165 pounds. Florence police and Florence city officials released body camera and dash camera showing the traffic stop shooting of a driver Saturday night by a state constable riding with a Florence police officer. The appears to show the driver putting the car in reverse and driving away despite the officers being in the path of the vehicle. At that point, shots are fired.
