CROWN POINT - The mother of two young children killed in Sunday's fire at Lakeshore Dunes Apartment Complex faces charges on allegations she was at a neighbor's apartment when her children started the fire on a kitchen stove top, according to court records filed Tuesday. Kristen A. Gober, 33, of Gary, was charged Tuesday in Lake Criminal Court with two counts of neglect of a dependent resulting in death, one count of neglect of a dependent and possession of marijuana. Dashcam video captured a young woman blowing a kiss to a bus driver after he stopped at the crossing for her and her friend in Zhengzhou City in central China's Henan Province on March 23. The clip shows two young women standing in the middle of the road to try to cross it. When the bus driver sees them, he stops to let them pass. The women pass in front of the bus quickly, while one of them suddenly blows a kiss to the driver to express her gratitude.

A group of tourists danced on a motorway after their bus got stuck in heavy traffic in the Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture in southwestern China's Yunnan Province on March 25. The clip shows several women dancing together on the Kunming-Chuxiong Expressway, while a woman uses a mobile phone to play music. The traffic was blocked because a lorry was engulfed in flames on the motorway. As a result, a group of tourists got off the coach to dance on road and sing karaoke in the vehicle.
