Three people were injured by gunfire, one of them critically, in a shooting at YouTube's headquarters in San Bruno, Calif., on Tuesday afternoon. A devil took "possession" of a man soon after police gave him a ticket for a traffic violation. The man had parked his scooter in a no-parking zone in Patan, Gujarat, India, on March 30.
