Last weekend saw the beginning of the seasons open meets at Southampton, and what a weekend it was.

After just 5 weeks training, a large team headed out for some early season racing leaving the coaching team amazed by the results.

Race after race, personal best times were smashed. 1s, 2s, 5s, 10s, 30s, 1m and more were taken and the level of support and encouragement shown by the swimmers to each other only added to the buzz around the team. Читать дальше...
