NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. (AP) — Rutgers has named Frederick Woodruff and Jon Maccoll as co-head coaches of the Scarlet Knights' women's swimming and diving program. Athletic director Pat Hobbs announced the move Wednesday, saying the promotions are effective immediately. The announcement comes a little less than three weeks after Rutgers fired coach Petra Martin amid mental and verbal abuse allegations.
