The Embry-Riddle women's golf team, ranked No. 15 in the NAIA, finished sixth at the Las Vegas Shootout in a field of some of the NAIA's top-ranked teams.  Libby Axen finished tied for 10th, using a great second round to keep pace with the top players in the two-day tournament.  Axen had a pair of birdies on Tuesday, finished with four in the tournament, and had the second-best par-5 average.  Maisy Alsen tied for 16th when an excellent second round vaulted her up the individual leaderboard.
