Mikey Pender wins the CSI4* Grand Prix in Vejer De La Frontera

Kildare’s Mikey Pender and HHS Calais (ISH) win the CSI4* ANDALUCÌA Grand Prix Final 1.60 in Vejer De La Frontera, Spain on Sunday afternoon.  Pender and HHS Calais (ISH) prove once again to be a fantastic pair as they top the podium two weeks in a row. HHS Calais (ISH), bred by Ita Brennan and owned by Bravo Hughes Ltd, jumped clear in in both rounds and completed the jump-off with the fastest time of 36.84 seconds. Last weekend Pender and HHS Calais (ISH) won the 1.55m CSI4* Suzuki Grand Prix at the same venue. They were the only combination to clear in the opening round on Spain’s Sunshine Tour and claimed victory without needing a jump off.
