Albert reveals pairings tasked with following up last year’s podium finish Eventing’s FEI Nations Cup series for 2024 gets under way for Team Ireland on familiar territory with the four-star Millstreet Nations Cup starting tomorrow and concluding on Sunday. Horse Sport Ireland’s High Performance Director of senior eventing, Dag Albert has named his team for the competition. Leg 4 of the DAFM Studbook Series, delivered by Horse Sport Ireland; the National Federation, moved to Barnadown for their Premier Series Grand Prix show from May 10th – 12th. This was the second of the two-day legs with the qualifiers on Saturday, and the finals on Sunday. In Sunday’s 7-Year-Old final, 24 combinations came forward to contest the class, with Co. Four-star triumph achieved on Irish Sport Horse Mikey Pender and Irish Sport Horse HHS Calais exhibited the qualities that have earned the pair World Cup success when securing four-star honours in Wiesbaden, Germany today.
