Enifer secures €36 million to scale-up mycoprotein production

Finnish mycoprotein company Enifer has today announced the completion of a funding package that enables it to start constructing a unique mycoprotein factory - initially producing ingredients for the aquafeed and pet food sectors - in Kirkkonummi.
