Heathcott, Gomez lift Richmond over Binghamton 8-2

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (AP) -- Slade Heathcott homered twice and singled, driving in three runs and scoring a pair as the Richmond Flying Squirrels beat the Binghamton Rumble Ponies 8-2 in the first game of a doubleheader on Wednesday.
