The U.N. Security Council voted unanimously Friday to add 15 individuals and four entities linked to North Korea's nuclear and missile programs to a U.N. sanctions blacklist, but Chinese opposition blocked tough new sanctions the United States was pushing.

Protesters fought back with rocks and Molotov cocktails, some shouting "murderers" at the National Guard troops. "How can they attack people like this?", said opposition lawmaker Jose Manuel Olivares, who was sprayed in the face with pepper gas as soldiers put down the protest.
