Keller, Alvarez lead Charleston to 8-3 win over Asheville

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- Brian Keller pitched a complete game and Mandy Alvarez had two hits and scored two runs, as the Charleston RiverDogs topped the Asheville Tourists 8-3 in the first game of a doubleheader on Wednesday.
