Police arrest 9 connected to armed robberies and carjackings

Police superintendent Michael Harrison says officers arrested four people in connection with an armed robbery and four carjackings that happened between June 1 and 4.

Harrison says officers also arrested four juveniles in connection with three armed robberies and a fifth accused in a separate incident.
