Energizer names Timothy Gorman interim CFO, reaffirms full-year EPS guidance
Battery maker Energizer Holdings Inc. said Thursday it has appointed Timothy Gorman as interim chief financial officer, replacing Brian Hamm who is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Gorman is currently vice president and controller and chief accounting officer. The company reaffirmed its guidance for fiscal 2017 EPS of $2.75 to $2.85. The FactSet consensus is for full-year EPS of $2.86. Shares were not yet active premarket, but have gained 16% in 2017, while the S&P 500 has gained about 9%.
