New University of Wyoming budget centralizes reserves

The Laramie Boomerang reports (http://bit.ly/2rQbF86 ) the budget approved during the board's Wednesday meeting will cut expenses across the campus such as eliminating vacant positions.

According to the report, the centralized funds will be used for items such as an endowment fund for one-time bonuses and recruitment, a litigation reserve fund and a sinking fund account.
