Canadian Grand Prix: Hamilton and Vettel arrive in style

Fernando Alonso returned to the grid in Canada and was joined by Lewis Hamilton and a cycling Sebastian Vettel as the stars of Formula One descended on Montreal's Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.
