Man fights for life after being run over by truck near SFO

A 61-year-old man was fighting for his life after getting run over by a truck that was backing up to a loading dock Wednesday evening near San Francisco International Airport, officials said.

The driver, a 44-year-old man whose name was not released, was backing a truck up to a loading dock when he ran over the man, who was walking by, police said.

Emergency responders transported the man, who had life-threatening injuries, to the hospital, police said.
