Appellate Body faces challenges in meeting demands for its services, chairman warns

The WTO’s Appellate Body has become a well-respected international tribunal but faces challenges as it deals with increasing demand for its services and increasingly complex disputes, the chairman of the Appellate Body said on 8 June.
