In gesprek met River of Glory (5): het hart van het leven

Via Facebook kreeg ik contact met de beweging River of Glory, die in opspraak raakte na de uithuisplaatsing van het vierjarige dochtertje Zarah van Barry Schutte. Het meisje werd onlangs door haar moeder meegenomen – volgens jeugdzorg ontvoerd - naar het Griekse eiland Patmos. Via Facebook hebben we contact. River of Glory omschrijft zich als een 'Relationele Beweging', en wil nadrukkelijk geen religieuze worden genoemd want 'religie is niet hetgeen Jezus Christus Gods Zoon Brengt'.

While the international community has sent "record amounts" of aid dollars for refugee camps and support programs, aid workers say it's still not enough to match the scale of the rising humanitarian crisis, the Associated Press reported.
