Army general: Prison 'inappropriate' for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl

SAN ANTONIO, Sept. 19 (UPI) -- Maj. Gen. Kenneth Dahl, who led the Army's investigation into the disappearance of Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl in 2009, said Bergdahl does not belong in prison.
