The group known as LULAC holds its 10th annual Cincinnati awards gala Saturday evening at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. The group says the event's theme is "Education: The Gateway to Success." It will award 28 college scholarships, while also honoring six people for exemplary service to the Hispanic community.
