Boy, 8, charged with murder in toddler's beating in Alabama

An eight-year-old boy has been charged with murder in Birmingham, Alabama, where the police said Tuesday that he had "viciously attacked" a toddler whose mother had left children alone while she visited one of the city's nightclubs.

Charlie Brown actor pleads guilty to making criminal threat

Authorities say Robbins threatened to harm a mobile home park manager and San Diego County Sheriff Bill Gore, offering $50,000 to have Gore killed.

Colts’ Andrew Luck sidelined with lacerated kidney

New York governor raising minimum wage for state employees
