That was the scandal that rocked the NFL when, after the 2015 AFC championship game between the New England Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts, it was revealed that several of the Patriots' footballs were under-inflated. In a Facebook post Friday, the Lance Corporal Skip Wells Foundation accused John Simpson of misappropriating $135,000. Simpson is the founder of Marines and Mickey, an organization that is supposed to send the families of Marines to Disney World.
