Coroner’s Service said Tuesday, explaining why the public won’t learn whether the medical care given to a Fraser Valley teenager was appropriate. Coroner Timothy Wiles investigated a triple murder-suicide of a Fraser Valley family and used his legal authority and “latitude” to protect the medical history of Emily Janzen, 19, who was murdered in May by her father.
