And sometimes Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid answers them, because they are ringing on his lectern while he's trying to talk.


It wasn't immediately clear forgot to silence his or her phone at the Tuesday press conference, but Sen. Chuck Schumer thought he recognized the number.
