Militant killed in encounter with security forces in J&K

An unidentified militant was killed in an overnight encounter with security forces in north Kashmir's Kupwara district. The extremist was killed in a gunbattle with security forces in Sheikhpura area of Lalpora, 100km from Srinagar, an Army official said on Wednesday.

Plaque to honor slaves who once lived, worked at Harvard
