Teacher pleads guilty to stealing from school, union

LAUREL, Del. (AP) — Laurel Police say a teacher has pleaded guilty to stealing money from an elementary school and the teachers' union. Police say Parker paid full restitution to the school, and made an initial payment of $20,000 for to teachers union.
