Drivers will get more clarity about when they can be terminated, as well as a new appeals process if drivers feel they've been terminated unfairly. They'll also get some cash. As the UK and France near the conclusion of Griffin Strike, a large military exercise between the two nations, the RAF's Vice-Marshal Paul Atherton is opening up about a lack of cohesion between NATO allies.

Apparently, technological and cultural differences between the two forces frustrated Atherton, who urged more cooperation between nations.

In celebration, we decided to look into how the delicious candy is made.

We combed through pictures from the Jelly Belly Candy Company's Instagram account and found gorgeous photos from inside the factory. 

To make jelly beans, manufacturers heat liquid sugar to about 350 degrees. Then they mix in starch and glucose, before pouring into bean-shaped molds.
