Vice President Joe Biden floated the idea of a 2020 presidential run on Monday, after reporters asked him if he ever planned to run for office again.

Flint, Michigan, moved a step closer Monday to federal help to clean up its water supply with passage in the Senate of a massive waterways bill that also authorizes drought relief for California.
