WASHINGTON, DC — In the next four years, North Korea may join China and Russia as the only countries with the ability to reach the US's West Coast with nuclear-tipped ballistic missiles.

Texas Teacher Arrested For Sex With Student After Snapchat Affair

Alaina Ferguson, a 23-year-old math teacher in Texas, was arrested and charged with sexual assault on Nov. 30 after her Snapchats with her 16-year-old student led to a sexual relationship between the two. Ferguson was released from Collin County Jail Thursday after posting a $100,000 bond. She is required to always wear an electronic tracking device, take down all of her social media accounts and cease from going on the Internet completely.

On December 5, a major livestock company announced its plans to help alleviate that problem.

Arpaio loses bid to put racial profiling case on hold

The Latest: Shop worker arrested in teen's shooting death

Las Vegas police say they have arrested a smoke shop worker in the shooting death of a 13-year-old boy last week after the worker shot the teen as he and two other teens ran in to steal merchandise. Lt. Dan McGrath said at a news conference Tuesday that police arrested 24-year-old Raad Sunna after reviewing surveillance tape taken inside the shop during the Friday shooting. Police say the two other teens were arrested and face charges of attempted robbery, burglary and conspiracy to commit robbery.
