Charges sought against Brazil's former chief-of-staff
SAO PAULO - Police on Tuesday asked prosecutors to file charges against Brazil's former presidential chief of staff, Jose Dirceu, for alleged involvement in the massive corruption scheme at state-owned oil company Petrobras.
