Commenting on the potential headaches stemming from the dramatic fluctuations in the value of the Russian ruble, an executive from one of China's big-four state banks told Sputnik that as far as Chinese investors are concerned, so long as it continues to allow them to earn, the ruble will remain "a good currency."
