IAEA calls for restraint over N. Korea's possible nuclear test

SEOUL, Sept. 19 (Yonhap) -- The U.N. nuclear watchdog has urged North Korea to refrain from conducting a nuclear test, South Korea's Foreign Ministry said Saturday, the latest act of international pressure on Pyongyang over its possible provocation.
