AIBA wants suspension of lawyers who besieged Madras HC CJ's court

Charging Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry with failure to take action against lawyers who had laid siege to Chief Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul’s court and created ruckus on Madras high court campus last week, the All India Bar Association (AIBA) has urged Bar Council of India (BCI) to step in and suspend practice licences of errant lawyers.
