Exporting Chaos: Over 25,000 Foreigners Joined Militant Groups Globally

More than 25,000 people from all over the world have joined militant groups and fight in their ranks, Directorate General of European Council's Human Rights and Rule of Law Directorate Philippe Boillat said Wednesday.
