Tender rules for stormwater drain work may get stricter

The civic administration seems to have learnt its lesson a bit too late. An ongoing probe into the alleged scam regarding de-silting of drains has taught the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation that it needs to make conditions for tenders for storm water drain projects more stringent.
