Tanker cracks road open, traffic stops

Traffic remained obstructed the entire day on Ashok Marg, one of the busiest roads in the city when a 20-feet-wide patch caved in in front of Shakti Bhawan. Reportedly, a tanker sank in the road early afternoon and remained there for hours, blocking the traffic flow. Though it was pulled out later, the pothole remained in the middle, causing inconvenience to commuters and a jam-like situation.
