All set for test of strength in Warangal

A subdued atmosphere prevailed in several rural parts of Warangal on the eve of the constituency byelection on Saturday. The call by Maoists on Thursday to boycott the election and increased police presence as security forces were posted at the polling stations contributed to the prevailing atmosphere in rural areas on Friday.
