Lawmakers to confirm Holcomb for lt. governor

INDIANAPOLIS - Indiana lawmakers plan to vote to confirm a replacement for former Lt. Gov. Sue Ellspermann who stepped down from her position as the state's second-in-command, leaving the position vacant.
