Karnataka CM hands ‘state asset’ watch to speaker

Karnataka chief minister K Siddaramaiah on Wednesday handed over his controversial Hublot watch to speaker Kagodu Thimmappa and declared it a state asset. Siddaramaiah made the announcement when the assembly reassembled after two adjournments, even as BJP and JD (S) continued their dharna in the well of the House for the second consecutive day demanding a discussion on the CM receiving such a costly gift.
